First loaf in 2013 :)

haven’t been here for long time…like, one and half week? I have been busy with exam recently. It’s driving me crazy! A lot to revise, a lot to work on, a lot to handle. Anyways, most of that has passed. Only one left, which doesn’t requires revision…:p

Thank you for being patient and read all these non-baking related stuffs! LOL

You know what? I am happy that the world didn’t end in 2012. Hey, if so, I have spent the last minute of my life doing revision for exam! What??? and Most of my life at school! WHATTT? and having my own bakery will never be real…WHAAATTT???

So, yup, it’s great that the world hasn’t ended yet! What have you guys been up to? 🙂


Yeah! this loaf! Seriously? it’s kind of perfect! besides a little stuck at the corners when taking it out of the loaf pan. lol

Soft. Spongy. and a perfect shape! What’s better than that? The Rich taste of milk! No liquid added besides milk! That’s what you do when you are baking for your family! 🙂 lots of nutrients!


Being really short is kind of causing some difficulties when it comes to putting stuffs into the oven, especially when my oven is placed on the microwave oven. And the microwave oven is place on the counter top. LOL ok, so you now know how short I am…Since I have almost caught a fire and burn the kitchen when placing the dough into the oven. The heat resistant oven gloves touched somewhere in the oven and it kind of burst into a little FLAME. by little, I mean, around the size of half of your palm. It just scares me to death! I managed to take out the gloves ( of course, my hands are in the gloves…) from the oven less than half a second. Fortunately, the flame went off just as soon as I pull my gloves (with my HANDS) out of the oven!  Thank God!

I see why children are not allowed to touch all these stuffs from now on…LOL
